Recipe 1: Chocolate Nutella Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 200g chocolate biscuits
- 100g walnuts
- 80g butter
- 200g Nutella
- 200g cream cheese
- 200g 33% cream
- 50g powdered sugar
- 40g Chocolate Bitters
- Chopped nuts for garnish
Instructions:
- Crush chocolate biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into an 18cm springform pan to form the base.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, Nutella, powdered sugar, and cream until smooth. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for a few hours or overnight until set.
- Before serving, garnish with Chocolate Bitters and chopped nuts.
Recipe 2: Peach Yogurt Dessert
Ingredients:
- 180g biscuits
- 70g butter
- 15g gelatin
- 200g cream cheese
- 100ml cream
- 500g peach yogurt
- 1 can chopped peaches in syrup
Instructions:
- Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter. Press into a 19cm pan to form the base.
- Dissolve gelatin in water, then mix it with the yogurt and cream cheese.
- Spread a layer of peach yogurt mixture over the biscuit base.
- Chill for a few minutes. Meanwhile, heat the syrup from the canned peaches, dissolve gelatin in it, let it cool to 40°C, and pour it over the yogurt layer.
- Chill for at least an hour before adding the remaining peach yogurt mixture.
- Refrigerate until set and garnish with chopped peaches before serving.
Recipe 3: Oreo Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 180g Oreo biscuits (filling separated)
- 60g melted butter
- 100ml water
- 10g gelatin (or agar-agar 15g)
- 5 egg whites
- 300g icing sugar
- 100g chocolate
- 70g butter
- 100g cream
- 40g white chocolate
Instructions:
- Crush Oreo biscuits (separate the filling) and mix with melted butter. Press into an 18cm springform pan for the base.
- Dissolve gelatin in water. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites and gradually add icing sugar.
- Melt chocolate, butter, and white chocolate with cream. Add the gelatin mixture.
- Fold in the whipped egg whites.
- Pour the mixture over the Oreo base. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

- Ensure gelatin is properly dissolved and cooled before using.
- Adjust sweetness according to taste preferences.
- Garnish creatively with leftover Oreo cookie filling or additional toppings.
