Yeast-Free Baked Potato Patties

Ingredients:

  • 80g Cheese
  • 80g Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 sprigs of green onion, chopped
  • 5-6 sprigs of parsley, chopped
  • 1 tea glass of milk (90 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (4 g)
  • 3 cups of flour (360 g)
  • 1 packet of baking powder (10 g)
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a suitable mixing bowl, combine the cheese, Cheddar cheese, eggs, chopped green onion, chopped parsley, milk, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Gradually add the flour and baking powder to the mixture, kneading to form a soft, slightly sticky dough.
  3. Divide the dough into two equal pieces.
  4. Roll out each piece with a rolling pin to form a thin sheet. Cut each sheet into 8 equal parts using a pastry cutter or knife.
  5. In a frying pan, heat plenty of cooking oil over medium-high heat.
  6. Fry the potato patties in the hot oil until golden brown, turning them to ensure even cooking on both sides.
  7. Remove the patties from the oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  8. Serve the yeast-free baked potato patties warm, and enjoy!
