Ingredients:
- 500-700 grams of beef, cut into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 large onion
- 1 pepper
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 tomatoes
- A bunch of spring onions
- 1 avocado
- ~120 grams green peas
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard
Instructions:
- Marinate the beef pieces with baking soda. Mix well and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Prepare a seasoning mixture with garlic, sugar, salt, black pepper, chili flakes, balsamic vinegar, vegetable oil, and chili sauce. Mix well and set aside.
- Rinse the marinated meat thoroughly with water and pat it dry with a paper towel.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Fry the beef on high heat for about 2 minutes on each side until browned. Fry in batches if necessary. Set aside.
- In the same pan, fry sliced onions and peppers for 1-2 minutes.
- Return the fried beef to the pan and add the prepared seasoning mixture. Mix and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Prepare the salad by cutting cucumbers, tomatoes, pepper, spring onions, avocado, and garlic as shown in the video.
- Mix green peas, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, and salt to make a dressing. Mix thoroughly to form a smooth emulsion.
- Combine all the prepared salad ingredients and the dressing. Mix well.
- Serve the cooked beef with the salad. Enjoy your incredibly delicious dinner!
Tips:
- Baking soda helps to tenderize the meat. Rinse it thoroughly after marinating to remove the baking soda taste.
- Pat dry the meat before frying to ensure a good sear.
- Fry the beef in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
- Adjust seasoning and spice levels according to your preference.
