Recipe for delicious tarts: Tartlets Cream.

Crust Preparation:

  1. Mix softened butter with powdered sugar.
  2. Add flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until sandy in texture.
  3. Add the egg and mix until a homogeneous dough forms.
  4. Spread the dough in tartlet molds and prick the base with a fork.
  5. Pre-bake the crust in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius for approximately 10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from the oven.

Cream Preparation:

  1. Beat the egg yolk with sugar until the mixture whitens.
  2. Add cornstarch and vanilla sugar. Mix until a smooth texture forms.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the milk. Pour the hot milk over the previous mixture while stirring constantly.
  4. Return the mixture to the saucepan and heat over low heat until the cream thickens.
  5. Remove from heat, add the butter, and mix until fully incorporated.

Assembly and Decoration:

  1. Pour the cream onto the pre-baked tartlet bases.
  2. Decorate with cherries and raspberries on the top of the tartlets.
