Ingredients:

  • 150 grams of biscuits.
  • 70 grams of melted butter.
  • 250 grams of mascarpone cheese.
  • 80 grams of sugar.
  • 140 grams of plain yogurt.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 25 milliliters of lemon juice.
  • Vanilla extract.
  • 2 tablespoons of flour.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Crush the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. Press this mixture into a baking dish to form the base.
  3. In a bowl, combine mascarpone, sugar, yogurt, eggs, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and flour until well blended.
  4. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base in the baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until set.
  6. Once baked, allow it to cool completely.
  7. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 1 hour before serving.
