Ingredients:
- 150 grams of biscuits.
- 70 grams of melted butter.
- 250 grams of mascarpone cheese.
- 80 grams of sugar.
- 140 grams of plain yogurt.
- 2 eggs.
- 25 milliliters of lemon juice.
- Vanilla extract.
- 2 tablespoons of flour.
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Crush the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. Press this mixture into a baking dish to form the base.
- In a bowl, combine mascarpone, sugar, yogurt, eggs, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and flour until well blended.
- Pour the mixture over the biscuit base in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until set.
- Once baked, allow it to cool completely.
- Refrigerate the dessert for at least 1 hour before serving.
