Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 grams).
- 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (20 grams).
- 1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
- 2.5 cups of warm water (500 ml).
- 60 ml of vegetable oil.
- 7 cups of flour (840 grams).
Instructions:
- Mix the yeast, sugar, salt, warm water, and vegetable oil. Mix well.
- Gradually add the flour while stirring with a spatula until it forms a homogeneous dough.
- Knead the dough by hand for a few minutes.
- Cover the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, deflate the dough and place it on a floured surface.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and form rolls.
- Melt the butter.
- Prepare the poppy seed mixture with vegetable oil.
- Roll out the dough as shown in the video.
- Brush with melted butter, then apply the oil and poppy seed mixture.
- Roll the dough into a roll shape.
- Cut into slices and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
- Once baked, the rolls will have a delicious, appetizing scent.
