Recipe for Delicious Flaky Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 grams).
  • 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (20 grams).
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
  • 2.5 cups of warm water (500 ml).
  • 60 ml of vegetable oil.
  • 7 cups of flour (840 grams).

Instructions:

  1. Mix the yeast, sugar, salt, warm water, and vegetable oil. Mix well.
  2. Gradually add the flour while stirring with a spatula until it forms a homogeneous dough.
  3. Knead the dough by hand for a few minutes.
  4. Cover the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  5. After 30 minutes, deflate the dough and place it on a floured surface.
  6. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and form rolls.
  7. Melt the butter.
  8. Prepare the poppy seed mixture with vegetable oil.
  9. Roll out the dough as shown in the video.
  10. Brush with melted butter, then apply the oil and poppy seed mixture.
  11. Roll the dough into a roll shape.
  12. Cut into slices and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  13. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
  14. Once baked, the rolls will have a delicious, appetizing scent.
