Chocolate Orange Biscuit Cake

Ingredients:

  • 400ml milk
  • 120 grams sugar
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 60 grams cocoa
  • 150 grams butter
  • 400 grams biscuits
  • 100 grams walnuts
  • 80 grams milk chocolate
  • 15 ml vegetable oil
  • 80 grams roasted peanuts
  • 50 grams white chocolate
  • 10 ml vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine 400ml milk, 120 grams of sugar, the zest of 1 orange, and 60 grams of cocoa. Cook the mixture until it reaches a boil.
  2. Add 150 grams of butter to the boiled mixture and allow it to cool slightly.
  3. Crush 400 grams of biscuits and chop 100 grams of walnuts. Mix them into the slightly cooled mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a prepared dish and chill it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  5. Melt 80 grams of milk chocolate with 15 ml of vegetable oil. Pour the melted chocolate over the chilled biscuit base and top it with 80 grams of roasted peanuts. Chill for another 15 minutes.
  6. Melt 50 grams of white chocolate with 10 ml of vegetable oil. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the peanuts layer. Chill for an additional 15 minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy your Chocolate Orange Biscuit Cake!
