Ingredients:

- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter (250 g)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 cup water (100 ml)

For the filling:

- Caraway seeds
Instructions:
- Mix 1 cup of flour (100 g) with 1 cup of butter (250 g). Place the dough in the fridge.
- In a bowl, combine 1 2/3 cups of flour (200 g), the egg yolk, water, vinegar, and salt to form a dough. Let it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Follow the order and method of folding the dough. It’s very important!
- Allow the dough to rest in the fridge for 15 minutes at each step.
- Prepare a mixture with 1 egg, salt, and caraway seeds.
- Preheat the oven to 446°F (230°C). Bake for 10 minutes.
