 - 1 egg
 - 45g (1/4 cup) sugar
 - Pinch of salt
 - 7g dry yeast
 - 40g softened butter (1/4 cup)
 - 140ml (3/5 cup) warm milk

- Whipped cream
 - Chopped strawberries
 - Powdered sugar
 
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine sugar, yeast, and milk until the yeast dissolves.
 - Whisk in the egg. Add the flour and salt, then use a spatula to start mixing the dough. Knead it by hand until it becomes stretchy.
 - Incorporate the softened butter into the dough, kneading until completely combined.
 - Shape the dough into a ball, cover it with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel, and let it rise for an hour.
 - Divide the dough into eight pieces, forming each into a ball. Cover and let sit for 30 minutes.
 - Flatten each ball slightly and reshape into a ball. Cover and let sit for an additional 30 minutes.
 - Fry the balls in hot oil over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
 - Allow them to cool, then slice them in half horizontally.
 - Spread whipped cream and chopped strawberries on one half, sandwich with the other half, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve.
