Simple and Easy Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread Recipe (So Delicious)

Ingredients:

  • 150g milk
  • 30g eggs
  • 30g honey
  • 3g yeast

Combine well.

  • 150g bread flour
  • 100g whole wheat flour

Mix with a spatula until no powder is visible. Form into a lump.

  • 20g room temperature unsalted butter
  • 3g salt

Knead by hand for 10 minutes until the butter is well incorporated into the dough.

Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment in a warm place until doubled in size.

1 hour and 30 minutes later, remove gas and move onto a cutting board. Spread it into a square shape.

Divide it into 36 portions, shaping each into a ball.

Place in a square oven pan (20x20cm). It’s okay if the pan size isn’t exact. Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment until 1.5 times larger.

After 40 minutes, apply milk for a pretty baked color.

In a preheated oven at 160℃ (320℉), bake for 25 minutes.

Lulu~ Cut into desired sandwich sizes. Cut each piece in half.

Assembly:

  • Mayonnaise
  • Strawberry Jam
  • Ham
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Egg
