  2. Knead the dough by hand for about 5 minutes.

  4. Boil the potato until well-cooked, then peel and mash it.
  5. Mix mayonnaise into the mashed potatoes.
  6. Retrieve the dough from the refrigerator and flatten it into a disc about 22cm in diameter.
  7. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese on half of the disc, then spread the mashed potatoes on top.
  8. Add another layer of mozzarella cheese.
  9. Fold the dough to create a turnover, pinching the edges well.
  10. Gently roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
  11. Heat a pan over low heat and brush with melted butter.
  12. Cook the turnover on both sides until golden.
  13. Apply melted butter on top during cooking.
  14. Serve the turnover with honey for a delicious taste.

Tips:

  • Ensure the edges of the turnover are sealed well to prevent the filling from escaping during cooking.
  • Use a rolling pin to evenly roll out the dough.
  • Monitor the cooking carefully to achieve a nice golden color.
  • The turnover pairs wonderfully with honey, so feel free to dip it in honey before enjoying.
