Ingredients:
For the Dough:
- 90g strong flour (bread flour)
- 55g milk
- 10g melted unsalted butter
- A pinch of salt
For the Filling:
- 1 potato
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the flour, milk, melted butter, and a pinch of salt to form a dough ball.
- Knead the dough by hand for about 5 minutes.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Boil the potato until well-cooked, then peel and mash it.
- Mix mayonnaise into the mashed potatoes.
- Retrieve the dough from the refrigerator and flatten it into a disc about 22cm in diameter.
- Add a layer of mozzarella cheese on half of the disc, then spread the mashed potatoes on top.
- Add another layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Fold the dough to create a turnover, pinching the edges well.
- Gently roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
- Heat a pan over low heat and brush with melted butter.
- Cook the turnover on both sides until golden.
- Apply melted butter on top during cooking.
- Serve the turnover with honey for a delicious taste.
