- 1-2 tablespoons breadcrumbs.
- 1 large onion.
- Casserole dish or baking sheet.
- Grease with vegetable oil.
- 50ml water.
- Bay leaf.
- 3 allspice.
- Several black peppercorns.
- Potatoes.
- 2-3 tablespoons Parmesan.
- Cilantro or parsley.
- Casserole dish.
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
- 1 teaspoon dried onion.
- ½ teaspoon salt.
- Black pepper.
- Parmesan.
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Instructions and Tips:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Make a puree of bread in milk.
- Add green onions, Gouda cheese, minced meat, nutmeg, coriander, salt, black pepper, and eggs. Mix well.
- Add breadcrumbs and chopped onion. Mix again.
- Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil.
- Place the meat mixture in the dish.
- In a bowl, mix water, bay leaf, allspice, and black peppercorns. Pour over the meat.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 60 minutes.
- Wash potatoes well and cook for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cilantro, garlic powder, dried onion, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan.
- Cut the boiled potatoes in half and place them in a casserole dish.
- Season the potatoes with the spice mixture.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes until tender.
- At the end of the baking time, increase the temperature to 200°C.
