Fluffy Cloud Bread

Today, I’m trying the famous Cloud Bread, a viral sensation for its soft texture and aesthetic appeal, though not everyone’s a fan. But hey, let’s give it a shot! 🤗

Ingredients:

  1. 3 egg whites
  2. 30g sugar
  3. Food coloring (liquid type)
  4. 15g cornstarch

Instructions:

  1. Separate the egg whites and beat them at a low speed, gradually adding sugar until stiff peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the food coloring and cornstarch to create a smooth mixture.
  3. Shape the mixture on a baking paper-lined mold and bake at 150°C (depends on your oven) for a satisfying rise.
  4. After baking, let it cool; it’ll seem wrinkled initially but will eventually firm up.

Tips:

  • Use liquid food coloring to avoid affecting the egg whites.
  • Don’t overbeat the mixture; it should resemble stiff peaks.
  • Ensure the oven is preheated before baking for best results.

Though it tastes more like a sweet, foamy cake than actual bread, it’s an easy, trendy recipe to try if you’re curious! Enjoy experimenting with the colors and textures. And remember, next week, there’s an exciting new video coming up! Don’t forget to subscribe and hit the notification bell! 😊
