Ingredients:
- 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt or unsweetened coconut yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cacao or cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup or raw honey
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla or almond extract
- 1 cup of granola
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup of fresh raspberries or sliced strawberries
- Optional:
- Protein powder
- Mini dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, cacao or cocoa powder, and protein powder (if using).
- Add the maple syrup or honey along with the vanilla or almond extract. Whisk the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy.
- To assemble the parfaits, evenly distribute the chocolate yogurt mixture into 4 cups.
- Layer each cup with granola, sliced bananas, and either fresh raspberries or sliced strawberries.
- Optionally, sprinkle a few mini dark chocolate chips over the top for added indulgence.
