Ingredients:
Butter β 400 g Powdered sugar β 200 g Egg yolks β 2 pcs Salt β 1/2 teaspoon Flour β 600 g Cocoa powder β 10 g Red food coloring Cocoa powder β 2 g Matcha β 1 teaspoon Tea β 1 teaspoon White chocolate β 100 g Pistachios Cashews Milk chocolate Strawberry jam
Instructions:
- Mix 400 g of butter with 200 g of powdered sugar until creamy.
- Add 2 egg yolks and 1/2 teaspoon of salt, then mix.
- Gradually incorporate 600 g of flour into the mixture.
- Divide the dough into several portions: one part with 10 g of cocoa powder, another with 2 g of cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon of matcha, one with 1 teaspoon of tea, and one without additions.
- Place each portion in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
- Shape cookies with the different doughs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Melt 100 g of white chocolate.
- Decorate the baked cookies with melted white chocolate, pistachios, cashews, milk chocolate, and strawberry jam.
