Biscuit Box 🎁 12 Types of COOKIES πŸͺ from One Dough!

Ingredients:

Butter – 400 g Powdered sugar – 200 g Egg yolks – 2 pcs Salt – 1/2 teaspoon Flour – 600 g Cocoa powder – 10 g Red food coloring Cocoa powder – 2 g Matcha – 1 teaspoon Tea – 1 teaspoon White chocolate – 100 g Pistachios Cashews Milk chocolate Strawberry jam

Instructions:

  1. Mix 400 g of butter with 200 g of powdered sugar until creamy.
  2. Add 2 egg yolks and 1/2 teaspoon of salt, then mix.
  3. Gradually incorporate 600 g of flour into the mixture.
  4. Divide the dough into several portions: one part with 10 g of cocoa powder, another with 2 g of cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon of matcha, one with 1 teaspoon of tea, and one without additions.
  5. Place each portion in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
  7. Shape cookies with the different doughs and place them on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  9. Melt 100 g of white chocolate.
  10. Decorate the baked cookies with melted white chocolate, pistachios, cashews, milk chocolate, and strawberry jam.
