Ingredients:

For the dough:

  • 400 ml of milk

  • 10 ml of vinegar
  • 150 g of softened butter

  • 30 g of butter
  • 1 onion
  • 150 g of mayonnaise
  • 150 g of sour cream

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add the milk, sugar, yeast, and mix until you get a homogeneous dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes. For the filling, mix an egg, softened butter, vinegar, and let it rest for 40 minutes. Spread the dough in a mold, add the filling (softened butter, cheddar cheese, egg, poppy seeds), and bake at 180°C for 35 minutes. After baking, add melted butter, onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, green onion, and salt on top.
