Nobody expected such a result! Better than pasta! Incredibly delicious!

Hello everyone! Today, I’m presenting a delicious and easy-to-make recipe.

Ingredients needed:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 10.5 ounces pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 10.5 ounces chopped tomatoes
  • 2 leeks
  • 2.5 ounces parmesan cheese
  • 6.3 ounces cheese
  • Butter
  • All-purpose flour (1 tablespoon)
  • 2 cups milk
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Nutmeg

Instructions:

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for about 5 minutes until browned.
  2. Season with salt while cooking.
  3. Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  4. In the skillet, add the chopped onion and cook for about 2 minutes. Then, add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
  5. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for about 7 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Add the sliced leeks and sauté in butter for about 4 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle flour into the skillet and stir to incorporate. Slowly pour in the milk while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  8. Season with salt, black pepper, and nutmeg. Let the mixture thicken.
  9. Add grated parmesan and cheese, stirring until the cheese melts.
  10. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Transfer the beef and pasta mixture into an ovenproof dish, pour the cheese sauce over it, and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Tips:

  • Ensure not to overcook the pasta to keep it al dente.
  • Adjust seasonings according to your taste preferences.
  • Garnish the cooked dish with fresh herbs for added flavor before serving.
