Ingredients:
- 80g Cheese
- 80g Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3 sprigs of green onion, chopped
- 5-6 sprigs of parsley, chopped
- 1 tea glass of milk (90 ml)
- 1 teaspoon of salt (4 g)
- 3 cups of flour (360 g)
- 1 packet of baking powder (10 g)
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a suitable mixing bowl, combine the cheese, Cheddar cheese, eggs, chopped green onion, chopped parsley, milk, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add the flour and baking powder to the mixture, kneading to form a soft, slightly sticky dough.
- Divide the dough into two equal pieces.
- Roll out each piece with a rolling pin to form a thin sheet. Cut each sheet into 8 equal parts using a pastry cutter or knife.
- In a frying pan, heat plenty of cooking oil over medium-high heat.
- Fry the potato patties in the hot oil until golden brown, turning them to ensure even cooking on both sides.
- Remove the patties from the oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
